Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support complex operational processes, the contract Associate Business Analyst will work remotely to validate data, analyze requirements, and collaborate across teams while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze recurring reports and datasets for consistency and accuracy across multiple systems
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
• Utilize SQL and Excel to validate data and support decision-making activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Two or more years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role
• Proficiency with SQL, including the ability to create and modify queries
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
