Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a third-party risk and vendor security assurance program, the full-time remote Associate Business Analyst will assist with intake triage, execute standard review workflows, and maintain vendor metadata while collaborating closely with the Senior Business Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Support intake triage of third-party vendor requests and execute standard review workflows
• Maintain and enrich vendor metadata within various tracking systems
• Document review outcomes and assist in workflow automation efforts under senior guidance

Required qualifications

• Foundational understanding of third-party risk, SaaS applications, or security review processes
• Experience with common business and security tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, G Suite, Slack)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
• Willingness to learn automation technologies and AI-enabled review processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
