Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading data partner spec negotiations, the full-time Associate Business Analyst will manage platform configuration and internal quality assurance for the Ascend platform in a remote setting, ensuring compliance with data specifications and facilitating successful client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and align data file specifications with specialty pharmacy partners before configuration work begins
• Own the platform configuration, including data mapping and business logic implementation, based on the Configuration Blueprint
• Conduct internal quality assurance testing to ensure configurations meet acceptance criteria prior to client-facing testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
• Relevant experience in an operations role at a biopharmaceutical manufacturer, reimbursement call center, specialty pharmacy, or data management company
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytic tools for data comparison and analysis
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables across multiple concurrent implementations or client programs
