Job Summary
Associate Business Development Representative, this full-time remote position involves identifying and engaging new prospects, conducting outbound and inbound business development, and booking qualified meetings to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound strategic business development to identify potential customers and set up meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects responding to marketing activities to create qualified opportunities for the sales team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent education
- Prior business development experience
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and process-driven
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- AI fluency and technology-driven mindset
