Job Summary
Identifying and engaging new prospects, the full-time remote Associate Business Development Representative will conduct outbound and inbound strategic business development to create qualified opportunities for the sales team while working closely with Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers and set up initial meetings for Account Executives
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing activities to create qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand products and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent level of education
- Prior business development experience
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling and outbound emailing
- Proficiency in using prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- AI fluency and comfort with technology-driven tools
