Associate Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement no-code automation rules in Jira to streamline project management
• Monitor Workato integration logs and correct errors to ensure data integrity
• Facilitate user access management and generate insightful reports from business systems

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT or Operations environment
• Exposure to Jira (Administrator side), Orderful EDI, and integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, Tray.io) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Comfortable with "No-Code" building and a desire to learn about APIs and data mapping
• Logic-first mindset with an ability to automate manual processes
