Associate Business Technical Analyst - Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Technical Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve informational requests and maintenance support work
• Research, investigate, and analyze system incidents
• Develop, enhance, and maintain end-user computing or semi-automated tools for the business

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' experience in customer service, system support, data analysis or other support/analyst type role
• Demonstrated proficiency to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions through deductive reasoning
• Possesses an understanding of relational databases
• Above average technical expertise in Microsoft Office with an ability to quickly learn new systems and software programs with minimal training, documentation or guidance
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage competing priorities; operates well with minimal supervision
