Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Buyer responsible for purchasing supplies, services, and equipment in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze facility purchase requests and manage supplier purchase orders through various communication methods
  • Handle special requests for non-po goods and services, ensuring contract compliance and managing p-card spend
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and approve invoices for payment while maintaining supplier relations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Three or more years of related experience in procurement or medical products supply
  • Ability to work under strict time constraints and manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and/or database software
  • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management Information Systems
