A company is looking for an Associate Buyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders and manage vendor communications
• Track orders, monitor delivery status, and resolve shipping discrepancies
• Maintain SOPs and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Excel and experience with large data sets
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• 2+ years of experience in buying, purchasing, or a similar role
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
