Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Career Advisor - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide foundational career coaching to students and alumni, including feedback on application documents and job search strategies
• Develop and maintain on-demand resources for diverse learners, including blogs and career education materials
• Utilize technology to assist students and alumni with career development and collaborate with university professionals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of experience in career services or recruiting, or equivalent
• Knowledge of career development gained through relevant experience
• Proficiency with new technologies and modes of service delivery
• Ability to adjust working hours to meet student and alumni needs
• Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in career services or recruiting preferred
