Job Summary
To support the processing of new business applications, the full-time Associate New Business Case Manager will review and analyze applications for compliance and completeness, serve as a point of contact for agents and internal teams, and manage the transaction process to generate contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform index and data entry of application information, ensuring applications are in good order and issuing contracts upon completion
- Act as the primary contact for agents and internal teams, responding to inquiries and following up on outstanding requirements for contracts
- Research and coordinate issue resolutions related to new business applications, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in business transaction processing or a related field
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and application review processes
- Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and follow up on pending contracts
- Experience with administrative tasks and mentoring peers is a plus
