Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Canadian Category Playbook, guiding decision-making and strategy
• Analyze market trends and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities within the beverage category
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the CPG industry, preferably in category management or shopper insights
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Experience with scanning data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, and retailer-specific data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with space planning software like JDA
• A strong understanding of natural and functional beverage trends
