Associate Category Manager

Job Summary

Leading category management for key accounts, the full-time Associate Category Manager will deliver actionable recommendations across assortment, space planning, and promotional activities while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead category management initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance assortment and promotional strategies
• Build scorecards and benchmarks to track performance and support joint business planning
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to create clear insights that influence retailer decisions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in category management, shopper insights, or retail analytics within CPG or related industries
• Proven ability to influence retail partners with data-driven recommendations
• Strong data analytic skills and experience with customer data platforms and syndicated tools
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
