Associate Category Manager
Job Summary
Transforming data into actionable strategies, the full-time Associate Category Manager will analyze insights to support Grocery and Military customers, driving growth in distribution, assortment, and category performance while working remotely from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, or Houston.
Key responsibilities
- Own the process of analyzing raw data to develop insights and recommendations for Grocery and Military growth strategies
- Identify opportunities in assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions, and merchandising using various data sources
- Build analytical tools and dashboards to provide Sales and Category teams with actionable insights for customer discussions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Retail Analytics, or Customer Strategy within CPG or retail industries
- Experience with syndicated data and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as needed
