Associate Category Manager
Job Summary
To support the Pet Nutrition Business, the full-time Associate Category Manager will analyze category performance and provide strategic insights to retail partners while collaborating in-office and utilizing flexible work options.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, addressing performance issues promptly
- Conduct ongoing category analysis to derive insights and develop recommendations for category growth
- Participate in annual strategic planning with retail partners, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards
Required qualifications
- University degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of CPG industry experience with knowledge of grocery/drug/mass channels
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Category Management experience and familiarity with Nielsen data analysis are assets
