Associate Certification Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the integrity and efficiency of high-stakes certification programs, the full-time remote Associate Certification Program Systems Analyst will configure and maintain proctored exams, manage exam lifecycles, and produce operational reports while ensuring adherence to security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, publish, and maintain proctored exams, ensuring accuracy and security compliance
• Manage exam lifecycles, including versioning and documentation, while handling proctoring incidents
• Provide technical support for exam delivery systems and contribute to exam content development and innovation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply data-driven insights for continuous improvement
• Experience with office productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365)
• Working knowledge of web technologies, including basic HTML/CSS and networking concepts
• Comfort with technical systems and reporting tools, as well as handling sensitive information professionally
