Associate Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of training and enablement workstreams for client change management projects, the full-time Associate Change Management Consultant will work remotely to develop engaging training materials and ensure successful adoption of solutions, particularly those involving Enterprise AI and Google's AI toolset.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the end-to-end training and enablement strategy for assigned Change Management projects
• Independently develop and update engaging training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible training content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery in a technology consulting environment
• Expert-level understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
• Proven ability to manage the full training lifecycle for complex projects
