Associate Claim Representative

Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the remote Associate Claim Representative in Outside Property Contents will receive comprehensive training while actively participating in the investigation and documentation of 1st party property contents claims.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property contents claims under supervision
• Learn to analyze relevant documents to evaluate claims effectively

Required qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass an online pre-employment assessment
• Interest in developing knowledge of insurance policies and claims handling
• Willingness to engage in both virtual and on-the-job training
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
