Associate Claims Examiner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare written communication for death claim notifications and assist with customer inquiries
• Perform peer reviews, support the Retain Asset Program, and coordinate EFT Table N Entry
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records of customer accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree is a plus
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with claims processing and customer service
• Ability to work in a remote environment with specified internet requirements
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
