Associate Claims Platform Configuration
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate for their Claims Platform Configuration team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prioritize operational processes by gathering business requirements and implementing solutions
- Identify pricing inaccuracies, risks, and resolve issues through data-driven investigation
- Utilize data to drive business decisions, impact strategy, and develop KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within health insurance
- 3+ years of experience using data analytics tools such as SQL or Python
- 3+ years of experience in analytics & ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- 1+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows with technical procedures
