Associate Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claim Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and obtain necessary data to process and resolve claims issues
• Ensure proper benefits are applied to claims and identify processing errors
• Communicate with external stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Working knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications
• Experience with multiple products and levels of benefits
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
