Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Consultant for their On Demand Specialty Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Client Consultants and Senior Client Consultants in client servicing activities
Assisting with monthly invoicing, including reviewing billing reports and delivering invoices to clients
Gathering data, generating reports, and troubleshooting service and IT issues

Required Qualifications:

Minimal industry experience
License preferred but not required
Work from home remotely in the United States only
Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite, Agency Management Systems, Outlook, Zoom, and Power BI is helpful
