Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analytics associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Own the delivery of Thought Leadership and ensure team meets KPIs and success metrics
• Manage client expectations and drive customer satisfaction through impactful analyses and insights

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields
• Prior experience with analytics solutions, preferably NielsenIQ or similar
• Experience in leading or coaching teams
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant data sources
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides
