Associate Client Executive

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Associate Client Executive will drive retention and growth of a portfolio, serve as a dedicated client liaison, and provide exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes and collaborate with account management and underwriting for assigned clients
• Showcase products and prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to maximize sales and revenue
• Act as a client-facing representative during open enrollments and assist in resolving routine client issues

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in an account management role
• Working knowledge of employee medical benefit plans
• Experience with group health insurance and self-funded health plans preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
