Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Manager - Training, CPG/Retail Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging pre-recorded product demos and training sessions
• Document, refine, and optimize digital development processes for efficiency
• Build and strengthen client relationships across collaboration programs to drive engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Training, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing and delivering digital training programs
• At least 3 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields
• Strong consultative skills with a proven ability to manage complex client relationships
• Solid understanding of the data analytics industry, including business models and solutions
