Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging pre-recorded demos and training content
• Lead educational efforts for internal and external stakeholders on retail collaboration products
• Document and improve digital development processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Education, or relevant field
• 2+ years of digital training experience
• CPG or related retail experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience with visual design and usability principles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
