Associate Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Manager to retain and grow an assigned portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales, growth, and net retention targets while managing a large book of business
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate updates within the CRM and support contract renewals while attending required meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer retention, account management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
• Proven track record working with CRM platforms, preferably NetSuite
• Self-starter mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to build long-term client relationships
