Job Summary
Supporting a team of industry insights experts, the full-time Associate Client Manager will deliver analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers, utilizing proprietary tools to enhance client satisfaction and guide junior members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize NIQ tools to address client business questions and enhance the customer experience
- Prepare and present actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring clarity and relevance for clients
- Identify revenue opportunities and lead initiatives while coaching junior team members
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as market research or sales
- Familiarity with NIQ or similar analytics solutions, including POS/Panel Data
- Proficiency in analyzing various NIQ data sources relevant to client needs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create compelling narratives from data
- Master's degree is a plus
