Associate Client Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with customers to drive business impact, the full-time Associate Client Manager will build strong relationships, develop consultative approaches to client issues, and leverage NielsenIQ solutions to provide actionable insights, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by setting objectives that maximize value and drive business impact
• Conduct advanced analyses and lead client presentations with proactive insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer business objectives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CPG, Retail, market research, analytics, or consulting
• Advanced skills in data analysis and synthesis, utilizing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and effectively resolve issues
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Undergraduate or Master's degree, with familiarity in NielsenIQ platforms or similar tools preferred
