Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new and existing SMB clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of the service
- Ensure timely and professional handling of all inbound SMB client communications
- Manage day-to-day client responsibilities, including task tracking, leading client calls, and conducting bi-annual reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, and/or operations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in the B2B2C vendor space and at a high-growth, early-stage startup is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Slack
