Associate Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new and existing SMB clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of the service
• Ensure timely and professional handling of all inbound SMB client communications
• Manage day-to-day client responsibilities, including task tracking, leading client calls, and conducting bi-annual reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, and/or operations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the B2B2C vendor space and at a high-growth, early-stage startup is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Slack
