Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Associate Client Success Manager will manage a dedicated book of mid-market clients and assist Senior Client Success Managers with enterprise accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a specific segment of employer clients, ensuring their satisfaction and successful adoption of the platform
  • Assist Senior Client Success Managers with high-level strategy and tactical execution for complex accounts
  • Partner with the Marketing team to manage communications and events that drive member engagement
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or project management, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
  • Confidence in client-facing roles, capable of leading meetings and building rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to execution
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools to interpret data for clients
  • A passion for making healthcare more affordable and consumer-centric
