Job Summary
Supporting and growing relationships with leading financial institutions, the full-time Associate Client Success Manager will coordinate onboarding, educate clients on CE's platform, and manage day-to-day client interactions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day relationships with a defined set of client accounts, partnering with Account Management and other CE colleagues
- Educate customers to ensure adoption and optimal usage of CE's offerings
- Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- One to three years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in financial services
- Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; Hubspot is a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts concurrently
- Eagerness to learn CE's products, data, and client use cases in depth
