Job Summary
Supporting a portfolio of small districts, the full-time Associate Client Success Manager will manage onboarding, relationship building, and project execution remotely while ensuring client satisfaction and account renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of 100 partners, ensuring consistent engagement and support for renewals
- Lead districts through Panorama's survey process, facilitating setup, launch, and results review while tracking important milestones
- Educate clients on product usage and best practices, gathering feedback to enhance the client experience
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Proven track record of renewing accounts and building client relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Gainsight is a plus
- Strong interest in supporting technology for K-12 education and improving student outcomes
