Job Summary

Leading data management activities for clinical studies, the full-time remote Associate Clinical Data Manager will oversee project documentation, system setup, data entry, and validation processes while ensuring adherence to client quality expectations and timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead data management deliverables, ensuring high-quality output from the study team
• Collaborate with project managers to develop timelines and communicate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members on clinical trial processes and maintain client relationships

Required qualifications:

• University/college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 6 to 8 years of data management experience, including at least 1 year of direct sponsor management
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and biometrics
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
