Associate Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Cloud Engineer to maintain and improve cloud infrastructure and support SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide third line support for infrastructure and applications
• Coordinate fault resolution and own the deployment process for service improvements
• Lead investigations into service-impacting incidents and maintain monitoring platforms

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Linux operating systems (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Ability to work in distributed, cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or New Relic)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex technical environments
• Experience with incident management processes and frameworks
