Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to join their Cloud Services team in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to enhance client experience
Create documentation for software installations, server configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
Perform SQL activities including database backups, restores, and running scripts

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files)
Familiarity with TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
