Associate Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to enhance client experience
• Create documentation for policies and procedures related to software installations and server configurations
• Collaborate with Cloud Services groups to resolve issues and assist with configuration changes/testing

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files)
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
