Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Cloud Operations Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation teams to enhance client experience
Create documentation for software installations, server configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
Perform SQL activities including database backups, restores, and running scripts

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VBScript, PowerShell, or command line batch files)
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio
Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
