Associate Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Associate Commercial Counsel, the remote role will draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of technology and commercial agreements while leveraging AI-native workflows and collaborating with senior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS and licensing contracts
• Identify significant negotiation risks and take increasing ownership of matters from intake to execution
• Advise clients on commercial risk and contract strategy, translating complex legal concepts into clear guidance

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts, technology transactions, or another drafting-heavy practice area
• Genuine interest in the technology industry and experience using AI in legal practice
• Strong collaborative instincts and ability to communicate directly with business stakeholders
• Experience in law firm settings preferred, but open to diverse backgrounds including in-house or legal tech
