Associate Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel who will be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts, managing contract workflows, and providing legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft contracts with customers, partners, and vendors
• Manage and implement contract management tools and workflows
• Provide legal advice and serve as the first point of contact for contract matters

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of contracts management and/or contracts experience
• Excellent contracting drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Membership in at least one U.S. state bar
