Job Summary
Leading communication strategies for the South region, the full-time Associate Communications Director will manage executive and change management communications, media relations, and develop aligned messaging plans while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies in collaboration with market presidents and senior leadership
- Coordinate regional communication efforts with national activities to ensure alignment and leverage content
- Analyze communication performance and continuously improve strategies, channels, and content
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, English, Journalism, or a related field
- 8+ years of corporate communication experience
- Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with local and national news media outlets
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executive clients and stakeholders
