Job Summary

Leading communication strategies for the South region, the full-time Associate Communications Director will manage executive and change management communications, media relations, and develop aligned messaging plans while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies in collaboration with market presidents and senior leadership
  • Coordinate regional communication efforts with national activities to ensure alignment and leverage content
  • Analyze communication performance and continuously improve strategies, channels, and content
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • 8+ years of corporate communication experience
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with local and national news media outlets
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior executive clients and stakeholders
