Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Associate Compensation Analyst will support compensation programs by analyzing market data, maintaining compensation records, preparing reports, and assisting with annual compensation processes in a hybrid work environment based in Baltimore, MD or St. Petersburg, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze compensation survey data and assist with market pricing and benchmarking
- Maintain and audit compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity across HR systems
- Prepare reports and analyses to support compensation decisions and program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, analytics, or a related field (internship experience welcomed)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools is a plus
