Associate Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Compliance Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance activities for assigned states, including maintaining business licenses and coordinating communication with regulatory agencies
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Assist with regulatory filings and projects, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Policy, Administration, Law, English, or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in health insurance or managed care
• Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
• Understanding of regulatory agency operations and health care compliance preferred
• Willingness to develop research skills and understanding of company systems and procedures preferred
