Associate Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the national regulatory compliance efforts, the full-time Associate Compliance Analyst will manage compliance activities for 4-8 assigned states, maintain business licenses, and coordinate communication with regulatory agencies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains required business licenses and develops an understanding of licensing requirements for assigned states
• Coordinates communication with regulatory agencies and educates external contacts on company practices
• Monitors legislative and regulatory activity, completing reports and communicating changes to the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Policy, Administration, Law, English, or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in health insurance or managed care
• Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
• Understanding of regulatory agency operations and health care compliance preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with a willingness to develop research skills
