Associate Compliance Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Investigator/Auditor P&CR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the investigation and remediation of suspected incidents of discrimination or privacy violations
• Participate in OCR and other regulatory audits, meetings, and initiatives
• Develop and monitor compliance of regulatory deliverables and corrective actions, including reporting and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Compliance, Investigative or Privacy certification such as CHC, CHPS, or comparable designation required or obtained within 12 months of placement; a JD or MJ will be accepted in lieu of certification
• Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience required
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in investigation compliance, human resources, auditing, or legal work directly with state & federal regulatory agencies
