Associate Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Construction Project Manager - Capital Projects with CMMS experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for the IT department regarding hardware and software issues
• Manage project administrative practices and create project policies within the operations manual
• Prepare complex client reports and provide training to new and junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment
