Key Responsibilities

• Lead mid-to-large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful project completion from inception to closure
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, priorities, and workstreams
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues while overseeing cross-functional resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management and fostering effective team environments
• Proven business and client-facing expertise with a strong understanding of client needs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams in a cross-functional organizational structure
• Expertise in initiating and executing end-to-end operational readiness project plans
