Associate Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Consultant to join their healthcare consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seeks information, resources, and training needed to accomplish assigned tasks effectively
• Monitors project plans, prioritizes activities to meet timelines, and escalates issues as necessary
• Develops effective internal and external presentations and facilitates client and team meetings

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience required, preferably in a federal consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare and/or health plan operations concepts and business processes
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables under tight time frames
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
