Associate Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Consultant to support insurance technology and data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end business requirements activities from discovery through validation and approval
• Serve as a subject matter expert for P&C insurance platforms and collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements
• Lead implementation efforts and contribute to key delivery documentation, ensuring alignment with business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, consulting, or technology implementation
• Hands-on experience in insurance operations (claims, underwriting, policy, billing) preferred
• Experience executing complex system implementations
• Proven ownership of implementation governance and delivery outcomes
