Associate Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Consultant to provide client delivery services for the Veterans Health Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mail operations and escalate complex packets as needed
• Utilize VA claim and appeal systems to review, route, and track claims and appeals packets
• Assist with project deliverables and participate in team meetings to support team goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school degree with relevant work experience
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Military background or VA work experience is a plus
• Experience in Federal Government is desirable
